Q: What’s the benefit of using a Professional Pet Sitter?

A: To start, your pets will remain comfortable in their own environment while you’re gone. No scary trips to a boarding facility. No having to re-socialize around stranger animals. 

Their daily routines won’t be thrown off either. They’ll be fed, tended to, and loved at their normal times.  This includes personalized play time and human interaction. 

Q: What’s in it for me?

A: Peace of mind. Leaving town can be a stressful, hectic process.  When you hire a Professional Pet Sitter, much of that stress is alleviated. You don’t have to deal with the hassle of getting your pets, and all their supplies to a boarding facility where they’re nervous in unfamiliar surroundings. 

You won’t have to worry about your home either. Since your Pet Sitter is there on a daily basis, you can have peace of mind knowing that everyone and everything on your property is being cared for. 

Q: What’s a getting acquainted visit?

A: This is a time for us to get to know each other.  Both you, and your furry and feathered friends. It’s a time for you to ask questions, give specific directions, and for us both to put a face with a name and build trust.  If we both feel like it’s a good fit, we will review the client/pet care service contract and the policies and procedures document. 

Q: What happens if there’s an emergency?

A: Before you leave town, we will obtain contact information for your local veterinarian and any pertinent instructions should anything come up. 

In the event something goes wrong, we will notify you immediately.  From there, we will turn to your local contact to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible. 

Q:  How am I billed and what’s the due date?

A: We will email the invoice on the day you arrive home or if preferred, will leave a hard copy on our last visit. Payment is due on receipt.
